Adam Palczewski spent over 18 years in various commercial leadership roles in ecommerce, international media and digital marketing.

Adam's client side experience includes P&L media investment responsibility, running global ecommerce trading and media activation teams, defining and rolling out global media strategy, managing partnerships with platforms such as Amazon, Facebook and Google. This includes driving global strategic digital transformation projects, managing and optimizing resources and investment, driving media innovation.

On the agency side, Adam has a P&L commercial responsibility experience for client accounts and large departments including including WPP’s Mindshare, Publicis Groupe Zenith, Performics. During his agency time Adam worked with a variety of clients including Credit Suisse, Unilever, Nestle, Ford Europe, JLR, GSK, and others.

Throughout his career Adam also served on various advisory boards, executive committees, works with innovative startups as a mentor and speaks at industry conferences.
